FDA was very professional and took my questions seriously. I sent them an email and they responded promptly to ask me to call them. I did and, because it is still an open case, they explained what they could. Simply put, they are working with BBDA legal team and had no reason to believe BBDA wouldn't comply. BBDA had no arguments or debates about FDA findings or what to do and are handling it very professionally. So again, I ask myself, why did BBDA's investor relations respond to me with an extremely unprofessional email that also attacked my about IHub? Why lie when the truth is on your side? And now, why this anti-FDA confusion campaign all over social media? Is it a supplement or is it a beverage? They aren't confused when their legal team is talking to the FDA, so why be confused in public?
