"The main reason for the LENDER LOANS?"

Guardiangel, correct me if I'm wrong, but this post of yours seems to be saying that the main reason for the LENDER LOANS was to fund NuVax and to acquire Provista.

I Disagree.

-> As the 2010 LOI shows, Radient was going to acquire Provista with shares only.

-> As the 2011 10K shows, Radient let NuVax die because of lack of funding.

I think you showed "the main reason for the LENDER LOANS" when you posted that quote from April 14, 2010 showing all of Radient's debt at that time. Radient was broke and deep in debt. They needed funding so they borrowed money.

Dreher, the previous CEO, always sold shares to private investors to obtain funding. That resulted in NO DEBT. MacLellan, on the other hand, only borrowed money at increasingly usurious rates and conditions. That resulted in CRUSHING DEBT.

Now let's look at your Garza quotes.

"BioMedReports has confirmed that several publicly traded companies are interested in helping to commercialize those early cancer detection technologies in the U.S. "

Confirmed? Several? Odd, nobody ever named even ONE.

"[Radient has] been careful not to make any moves that would further dilute or hurt shareholder value during such a transaction." Let's just savor that statement for a moment..... ahhhh.... here's a suggestion, in retrospect: SELL SOME DR-70 MAYBE.

"The well planned and executed acquisition is expected shortly..."

I don't know about "well planned" but it most definitely was not "well executed" and I don't know who was "expecting it shortly." Provista apparently was not too keen on the idea.

"...profits being generated from sales of RPC Reagent/Antibodies used in Provista’s tests."

What profits were these? They never showed up in a financial statement and Provista never sold any DR-70.
