EVEN DONNELL SAID THIS IN HER 2/8/15 INTERVIEW. SHE KNOWS LOTS OF CONTRACTS ARE COMING AS SHE INDICATED IN THE INTERVIEW. NOW, INTELLIGENT SHAREHOLDERS KNOW THIS AS WELL!!!

PER THE 2/8/15, IF NECESSARY, THE QASP CEO SAID SHE WILL INCREASE THE A/S (INSTEAD OF AN R/S), IF NECESSARY AS A FAVOR FOR HER SHAREHOLDERS. LISTEN TO THE 2/8/15 INTERVIEW TO VERIFY THIS.
