I was under the assumption they have till the 15th too.
What's one day? Probably will get done sooner than later.
I would assume that is one of the duties of Think Pink, LLC?
Another debt that needs to be paid. Discount shares how low from here?
I bet they got their shares today and slapped the Ask in an attempt to run the BID up.

Let's see how low they will go now.

They will not allow that yield sign to stay. I've seen other Joe plays go a few weeks with the yield sign. Always gets filed. Not a sign of good news.
