Actually, to correct my previous post, CCEL would have to buy about 785 million shares, since their 85 million would represent only 3% of the new outstanding if the a/s is approved. But the a/s would also have to be issued for that to happen. In any event CCEL would have to buy a lot more shares to match Red Oak voting power.
