Well, there are of course differences. After 1st generalizing, they have now narrowed it down to a take-over in their last PR. However you cut it, we're headed to a new plateau.

Yes, probably it will be a subsidiary, especially since it appears the new folks are a holding company with diversified interest. If GBHD is pulled underneath the main company then it may or may not assume their ticker. Depending on how they a structure the take-over, will probably determine whether we stay GBHD or assume their symbol. JMO! SM
