Low float and 80% held by insiders/institution. It moves on a fart. I had a difficult time many months ago trying accumulate a bunch of shares- not enough volume to truly sit on a stink Bid so I essentially paid the Ask but spread it out so it would drift back ever so slowly to my price. Yep, once it gets some attention, it will move quick and hard.
