well FWIW, warrants for VLTC: I just received a call back from my broker FIDELITY. They confirmed that it's 10 warrants for 1 common share. They spent 2 days researching. Certainly has been trading that way. I'm just glad I eeked out a profit.

they can certainly spike up to .80, .90. $1 though.
