He's a brand new attorney for BIEL so no need to be bothered looking into it.

Almost all cases are concluded outside of the court coming to some agreement where the defendant doesnt admit anything but pays fines or is banned from being an officer for so many years.



Most of them, even the ones that don't admit wrongdoing, are forced to pay fines and are barred from participating in penny stock offerings. That is an admission of guilt by anybody's standard.

Who the CEO chooses to associate the company with is not irrelevant, especially when SEC violations are involved.
