I don't think the A/S is guaranteed to pass in May and no large holders are selling at the moment. Everyone is waiting for details. It's my opinion that the A/S vote failed on the 10th and that's why Red Oak was the only answer to slow CCEL. Had it passed, Red Oak wouldn't be involved today. There is still a firm chance the A/S fails again, but a board of directors will already be slated. That's CBAIs intent with Red Oak, and of course to satisfy a large portion of the loan with Fife. Which gave Red Oak the 30% ownership with or with out A/S. IMO.
