As opposed to what? Dead? The company has been trading in a tight range for several months. If the company were in trouble and about to go belly up don't you think trading would have stopped? It hasn't, so yes, the company is alive and well. IMO they are working on ways to increase revenues (critical) in addition to other projects.

Legal quagmire will only dissipate as the company turns things around. For those that don't want to wait, then fine, they should probably sell their shares so they can sleep better at night instead of being pissed off all the time. To each his own.
