Didn't realize it was that simple. Well, good luck with that. I've always heard such an effort usually proves to be a long, fruitless journey, and a complete waste of time, except of course for the attorneys involved.

"At end money never will be made?"

I have to disagree with you on that statement. It's all about revenues. Once revenues kick in the momentum of the ballgame will immediately change.

Use common sense; would the likes of Dr. Andrews associate himself with SVFC if he thought there was a chance of an impending class action lawsuit? Of course not!

Suggestions of lawsuits are from disgruntled shareholders. Those same shareholders will quickly change their tune once they start to see a ROI.
