Very Confusing!
After reading the 10K I can't figure out who is Stupider the CEO DM
or me listening to people I know to do a Private Investment with this incompetent fool.
I did learn one valuable lesson getting involved with anything David Michery operates is a CERTAIN WAY TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!
I will just chalk this up to a Paid Education
