two things.. i do think a hedge fund guy is pimping this and accumulating shares and also shorting...

two- i think the board of directors are really at fault here. To let this go on as long as they have they either are okay with D'couto's inability to sell the tech or just using their insider status to make money on the side.. with really NO intention of getting this company off the ground.

I think heads will roll if they really didn't complete the merger and just fail to let anyone know it happened other than in the 10Q. Too many people are watching.. Most in years.. people are pissed off and sick of this crap.
