Rude track employees? Corey Wyatt Koma Unwind racing ambassador in the house!

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience to anyone last night. While we are new at the track and some opening night problems might be expected, there is no excuse for anyone to experience bad food or rude behavior from any track employee or unsatisfactory work by anyone, myself included. Some of the things that happened last night were inexcusable and while some of the issues have already been addressed and hopefully resolved, I will make every effort to continue to remedy the remaining issues by the next event.

A cold beer would have been great but unnecessary

We enjoyed the racing, but we did have a problem with the crew that was working the back stretch concessions. The slaw was just nasty, I tried to order the chicken sandwich and was told that they didn't have them, then later told that they had them but didn't know how to cook them. And the same story for the corn dogs. And the staff was under knowledgeable and unsure of so many things. As well as I noticed they had never had any experience in food service and time management skills. Also no beer on the back side is just a no no says my husband, lol. Also the women's bathrooms had no hot water, all 3 toilets were over flowing and then as the night was ending the water hardly ran at all. I mean don't get me wrong we did have a nice time with the racing and people that we socialize with at the race. But there are things that need to be addressed for sure as well. If you need help in the food service I'd love to help you make the slaw. That store bought mess is just so nasty.

The easter egg hunt was highly unorganized. My 6 year old was very excited about it. He kept asking me every few minutes is it 720 yet Then that was delayed then it was gonna be on the front stretch. Then its come to the bottom of the flag stand . we was at the flag stand and when the man said go we went looking only to find no eggs at all. People coning in had done picked most of them up. And under the bleachers of all places trying to look for eggs while people are dropping cans and trash down on you. It was very disappointing and we wasnt the only ones didnt find any.
