The reason 5 million is not to show there is a major seller, may discourage buying. When and if the 5 million is sold another block will be shown. If someone wants to keep it down, 10,000 like you said will always be put in to keep the offer low, not 5 million. Why would someone sell 5 million just to keep it low? Maybe wanting to short the stock I could see.
