Nothing really, but it isnt a bad thing, Look what the Judge said.

“At some point in time, a court may decide this status to be unconstitutional,” Judge Mueller said from the bench. “But this is not the court and not the time.”



The Defendants will appeal in 9th circuit court, so in a nut shell it will be moved up to a higher court. IMHO IANAL
