What will CIRC owe for?? Is the drink anywhere in sight? Who has lost money, time, reputation, partnerships? PLS explain how the trademark was infringed? Maybe you can explain it better than PB attorneys have in the court room up until this point. IMO


This case is messy and only the judge can decide. Is it infringement when the trademark holder sends "everything alright" letters and emails to vendors on behalf of the company they now claim owe them the trademark back. I hope PB gets taken off because thier logo trademark can't even sell fun anymore. PB is struggling to stay relevant but in this microwave ready world we live in I think PB is the reason the drink hasn't taken off. PB over estimates themselves and are living off dirty fumes from the 70's. Does anyone realize we don't need PB to tell us what is hot and sexy anymore. Just go to Instagram and there are self made stars everywhere. Hot girls are everywhere and no longer as rare as they were in the 70's.
