It's pretty obvious that he was not referring to the WFM stores on the west coast:

"As a result of the tremendous response we received at the Natural Products Expo West Show last month in California and early results of our launch, pretty soon, our friends on the West Coast will be able to enjoy Harvest Soul Chewable Juices as we are finalizing negotiations with brokers, distributors and retailers, as well as preparing to launch our two new flavors."

They already have the WFM contract so this is referring to new contacts.
