It is highly unlikely that Irshad can help with India. He has not even been able to get projects going in Pakistan. Besides, Pakistan and India do not get along meaning he likely has even less influence there. VSPC stated several years ago that they had contacts in India who would help them there, but nothing happened, just as nothing happened in China, Germany, Tanzania, Thailand, Myanmar, Guyana, Hawaii, Arizona and several other locations.
