Lol, What a joke. This "company" is going nowhere except down into the flames of hell (If you believe in such nonsense). I did not see anything that is going to turn this "company" profitable in the Annual Report, let alone move the price per share in a positive direction.

I highly doubt this will hit a penny again. The so called "acquisition" is never going to happen, just like the 10-12g will never be filled again.
