Volume or interest will come when the price of oil increases above what is believed to be break even. If they are able to prove up cold production, that is going to be very beneficial.
If they were able to get a JV, that would be huge. As long as oil prices are low or unstable, it is going to be rough. In the longer term though I believe this one will do very well.
