The first tiny "dividend" was a ploy--a bribe to keep the stock buying going---as SRGE had no operations, and thus, no income. It was paid from proceeds of them selling stock.

The second "divvy" never happened. And any talk of a .20 divvy was merely related to the 100% fraudulent and ludicrous fake news of a mythical $550m buyout.
