Thank you Buk.

So this restaurant is in this hotel which is recently have a new owner. That can't be too hard to track down what hotel this is in about 5 miles radius ("down the road").

That what I thought, he has to hire/train and get the place cleaned up and then inspected. So this Grand Opening is for this restaurant or FE? Now I am confused. If it is for this restaurant, why no Grand Opening yet for FE or is it not needed?
