It was simple, they called off Momoraptor to stop posting anywhere on 25th February 2013 to let the price fall and allow Novamex to convert it's loan notes into shares to take control of the company again.

They did that and said so on 26 December 2013. At that time Novamex had taken control of the company once again, by buying up enough OS to take control.
