If you could provide a link to the 'hence lawsuits' with a current info: thankx. I cannot find any info besides the press from 2014 on the matter.
The face book page would be ripping with neg. comments if the ‘12’ employs were still out this cash.
I personally think that has been squared away. If not, that sucks. No bid to a bid with smaller ask availability looks good enough from my seat for now.
There has been fillings since then and much of this company is overseas anyways. Although $ from old electronics is questionable, I like that some people are trying to keep this toxic material out of landfills which poisons ground water for many years. I would rather ewsi sold the machines that process the e-waste and get them in every country.
I am, however, ready for this trading card to move up! Peace.
