Why I have ABSOLUTELY NO SYMPATHY for the Waffer's management, past and present:

I warned this board before the merger with CWS and EVEN IF I HADN'T, there is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE for APII/waffer's management NOT OBTAINING the NM court documents that STRONGLY SUGGESTED exactly who they were dealing with.

And WHO was the CFO then? Same CFO as NOW.
