The main reason for the RS is company wants to uplist to higher exchange. I think they should have waited a little longer. You saw the 10K? Net earnings are 0,03 per share! And company is growing fast, so will be maybe 0,06 next year. If they waited for the share price to be at 0,3, they could have splitted 1:10. But maybe they have a larger plan behind it. I don t know.
By the way, this is from 10k. 'As of April 15, 2015, we had 3,624 stockholders of record.' Surprised about that amount.
