Looks like sound advice to me.

Plaudits to the Mod involved.

Even if hotstocked aren't showing any current promos for the stock involved, it's getting hyped furiously on Seeking Alpha, and by someone - a professional writer, no doubt - who is almost certainly remunerated for his efforts.
