The only think going on behind the scenes is Joel trying to figure out how to get investors to buy a few more hundred million shares, before he gets his stock suspended. Or himself arrested.

Ever had a stock you owned be suspended? I understand that it is difficult to sell at any price. Something about buys/sells needing to be matched.
