I think we've got a 50/50 chance of someone buying the shell. There are a number of different scenarios; there could be a reverse split (reducing the amount of shares we own), there could be new common shares issued to the new shell owners, or the new shell owners could be issued preferred shares, which would not initially dilute our common shares-or their could be any combination of these.
