Really very curious to read the terms of this "agreement". News at the shareholders meeting??


1. Plaintiff filed its Complaint in this case on August 5, 2014. The Complaint alleges an infringement of two U.S. patents allegedly held by Plaintiff.
2. Under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Defendant’s response to the Complaint was initially due September 24, 2014. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(a)(1)(A).
3. Seven enlargements of time were requested and granted in this case extending Defendant’s deadline to file its response to the Complaint. No dates have been set for a pre-trial conference or trial

4. The parties have been diligently working towards settlement and now have a signed agreement. The parties require this short extension of time to complete obligations under the agreement. The parties expect to file a dismissal within the next two weeks.

5. The relief requested herein is for good cause and will not result in undue delay in the administration of this case.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Defendant respectfully moves that the Court extend the time for responding to Plaintiff’s Complaint to April 30, 2015.
