This is the type of trading we saw pre-split that just looked like wash trades to generate interest in the stock.

Likely only one person trading with himself, in my opinion.

Who would buy 2000 shares for $13,100.00 of a stock that has done two reverse splits in a relatively short period of time?

Nobody that I know!
