I have been in touch with the CEO of Medican as they are currently working on the 10K which will be out tomorrow. They are also working on future contracts that will be included along side the 10K and will be looked upon as future generating income.

As for the two acquisitions of properties that we have been waiting for it appears they are going to release them in a PR along with the 10K as they did with news last April 15th along with the 10K.

I expect a triple whammy of news with the 10K, future contracts and the closings of the properties. In the mean time, take a look at Linked in and see who Ken Williams is associating with. It does tell a story. Short term target of $1.25 is still my prediction.
