VLTC > 7.07 in PM with 19K traded. > also was up to 7.25 > Bodes well for an upside run today.

In my opinion, there are probably 600,000 shares or less left in the 4M float.

Could run like LAKE did last fall. LAKE a low floater ( crappy debt ridden company > ran from $4. to $24. in a few days on ebola news.
