Read the April 7th filing, just in case you haven't already. Officers Reply To Plaintiffs Response On Motion to Dismiss.
That's why they are going after the Dream Team, in my opinion. Maybe they're nervous that the suits against the primary GALE officers might get dismissed on technicalities. One can only hope:
