There is something new and exciting about the latest 10K filed 04/10/2015. They have a lot of data and pretty pictures to potentially attract higher quality investors probably. They actually list the major store chains where they declare that their products are available, in the 10K, so they are clearly telling the SEC that their products are in those stores. This cannot be a lie.

Legal challenges aside, there were improvements in net cash which was encouraging.

What do you guys think?
