Read between the lines...Conman gave his friends some free shares is how I read it.....hes still calling all the shots on all important operations...heres what they were appointed for:

Each Appointee is expected to be appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Nominating/Governance Committee of the Board.
