Do people here not understand that the "D" at the end of the ticker symbol means that the reverse split has not yet been fully executed? Many, many shareholders still have their pre-split holdings frozen and therefore, they cannot sell them which makes all current price movements anomalous.
Once all pre-split shares become tradable again, you can expect ECOB (with no "D") to drop like a rock just like happens with virtually every OTC Pink that has a reverse split.
