CBD technology licensing deal? (s) – I don’t know what the value of a licensing deal is but I know there is interest in this area. Considering NSP can manufacture water soluable CBDs (global patent) at 1/3rd to1/10th the cost of other companies (including GWPH) combined with the increasing regulatory doasge rules in the pipeline everyone in the edibles space has interest in licensing the technology or buying from us as a bulk supplier.

Bought deal financing - to support the development of our CBD program, enabling us to provide pharma grade CBDs in wholesale quantity to companies looking to comply with new regulatory pressure surrounding consistent dosage control in edible products. Year end financials, Q1 financials – I would expect nothing specatular here. The only thing of interest to me is if Natera is growing at all. It is however mostly irrelevant.

Warrant exercising – The interesting thing here is that we have traded at a level that the company can now accelerate ALL outstanding warrants if they would like to. Keep a close eye on this, if they do not accelerate them then it means they don’t need money.

OTC trading resumption – This could happen any day and I am of the opinion that the US has some real coin to help drive NSP to new levels ASAP.
