I would agree heartily. . . If those here know about the increase, the SEC does as well. Whether B.I. is or is not a shell is of a matter of definition [and really makes little difference on way or another] depending on what one accepts as the correct definition, since MQ has the background & resources to know, he has my vote of being credible on that issue.

IMO, the silence from B.I. makes some sense. . . I would be less inclined to believe a flurry of News Releases hyping JB's release as news, with follow on promises of new and better prospects. At this point any PR that comes out would certainly feed the negative frenzy despite anything of value it might provide at this point.

The good news is that B.I. is not in some chapter of Bankruptcy proceeding making sure our shares have less value than they currently do with zero prospects for any recovery. . . at least for the time being there is a chance and I would NOT hazard a guess at what that slim chance would be.

Had the previous talk of rumors of Bankruptcy come to fruition, we'd not be here having any sort of discussions pro or con.
