Really depends on what you are putting into your juicer! Many people overload with citrus fruit to add sweetness and juiced citrus fruit can play havoc with your blood sugar. If you keep the fruit mostly to apples, pears and a few berries, than you should be good.
And, NEVER buy those GREEN Juices in the stores! They are overloaded with fructose and often have the sugar load of 1.5 bottles of Coke!
