When a company trades at 1 quarter operating cash flow, with $2B backlog, with stabilizing oil prices and futures pointing to 20%+ increase in 2016, with older but also cheaper rigs in a price competitive phase, there is really very little to explain even when you have a 30% jump in one day. 'Buy when there is blood in the streets'.
