Well it appears that we have been left holding the bag. I truly believe the judge effed us, this should have gone to jury trial. The receiver is not doing anything to maximize value for shareholders. Nothing is happening folks. They done effed us!. I'm starting to believe everyone got bought by T-mobile to drop the case!
