at this point they have no interest in seeing the share price increase. The lower it goes the better their offer to jj looks to jj and it will be that much cheaper to accumulate stock on the open market if that is their intention.

they could have announced what the offer price to JJ was create a floor for the stock but they didn't do that did they? They want to keep the price down.

the strategy is working. people who were insisting on a minimum of 25 cents a share are now talking 10 - 15 cents. No one says more than 25 cents anymore.
