The problem is, in the contract is says .01 then one cent. NOT "1 cent" or even just "$0.01" by it self. The contract says exactly ".01 cent". That equals .0001. I really don't know why all the discussion to the contrary is happening.

Just like this...

.01 million is 10 thousand

.01 billion is 10 million

.01 dollar is 1 cent

1 cent is $0.01

.01 cent is $0.0001

I can't explain it any simpler. It doesn't matter what people THINK both parties know on the side... that's what the contract says and should be taken as fact.
All that aside, it doesn't really matter, that much. Having the shares worth less just lessens the recorded value of the asset. And honestly that place doesn't look too valuable. It looks abandoned.
