I heard EXMT CEO Wilson handed out stock purchase agreements in Feb 2014 and the certificates cannot be cashed out. I received a fax of a stock purchase agreement from someone today as proof.

I wonder if Wilson has a stock purchase agreement icon on his computer homepage?
