If and when they do lease a 40,000 sq ft bldg,
I would suggest you and a few others go there,
get it on the Internet, get a picture or copy
of the lease and contact the Lessor just to make
sure it checks out,
If you can get Mgt there to do a Q&A Session, even better
If you can pull that off and openly invite investors to
join you, it will be quite a PR Event for everyone.
