"GEONOVUS MEDIA CORP. FUNDAMENTAL CHANGE

GeoNovus Minerals Corp. has received approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange for its fundamental change of business (see press release dated Feb. 13, 2015), which has also been overwhelmingly approved by the shareholders of the corporation by way of a shareholder consent resolution, and closed the acquisition of the Canadian music publisher Greenstock Publishing Ltd. (see PR dated Jan. 6, 2015). In connection with the business change, effective April 10, 2015, the company has effected a name change to GeoNovus Media Corp. The symbol GNM remains unchanged.

The corporation has filed a new listing statement on the CSE website that provides detailed disclosure of the corporation's new business and related risk factors.
