Also RegA+, back to that nonsense again? That's not gonna fund anything.. in fact, its a worse alternative to RegD and you know it. Its costly and its gonna take a long, LONG time for the SEC to get around to reviewing & okaying it.. Historically RegAs have been a much, much longer review period than RegD's, I bet close to a year on average and theres no fast track promised either.
